SHAPE Ministry
| The SHAPE Ministry exists to help members of First to understand the
responsibility we have as Christians to be involved in the ministries
of the church, along with how God equips us with a design that enables
us to be successful in ministry. That design is our SHAPE: Spiritual
Gifts, Heart(Passion), Abilities, Personality, and Experiences. After
members learn about their specific design they are paired with a coach
to assist in matching them with the most appropriate ministry for their
